Sales Terms and Conditions
We accept Master Card, Visa, American Express and Discover credit cards.
Purchase orders and company checks are accepted at our discretion.
All sales are final. G&G Technologies does not take back or exchange merchandise.
(Of course, if you should receive a damaged or defective unit we will exchange it for a new unit.)
Because of our no return policy, the customer can be assured of receiving only new, factory sealed products from us.
G&G Technologies never sells items that have been opened, unless specifically stated otherwise.
Some of our competitors allow the return of a product if the customer is unhappy. Most people presume that those returned goods go back to the manufacturer, but actually those dealers repack the product to look brand new and then sell it to unsuspecting customers as new. We feel that is unethical and we hope you agree. The manufacturers do not allow dealers to return goods to them because a customer does not like it. Please check with any manufacturer and they will back up our statements.
For some products we may require a deposit. We will advise you how long it will take before the product ships to you. If you wish to cancel your deposit within our advised time-frame of shipping, we will charge you 5% of your deposit. If the product should take longer to ship than we advised you, then there will be no 5% penalty if you wish to cancel your deposit.
Each product comes with the manufacturer's warranty. This warranty is usually 1 year parts and labor, however each product will contain its own warranty information specifying the time period.
Certified checks, bank checks, and money orders will ship immediately. All other checks take 30 days to clear. (Those customers who have a history of making payment by company check will not have to wait 30 days.)
